Kari L. Carlson - President and CEO
Kari L. Carlson joined the family business in 1993. During the onset of her career at Tower Systems., Inc., she worked in the Marketing and Estimating Department and then in 1995 took on the challenges and responsibilities of running the Operations Division.
In 1999 Ms. Carlson became the Chief Operating Officer of her Corporation. Beginning in 2002, Ms. Carlson became responsible for running the Southeast Division in Winter Park, FL. In 2014, Ms. Carlson returned to the Corporate Office in Watertown, SD to assume the postition of Vice President which she held until becoming President & CEO of the company in 2019.
Ms. Carlson is involved in all the day-to-day activities and challenges of running a successful telecommunication corporation.
Overall, some of Ms. Carlson’s strongest attributes are her credibility and commitment to conduct business in a fair and honest manner. She demonstrates a passion to building long-term relationships based on integrity and customer satisfaction, while providing the highest quality of service and adhering to industry best practices and safety standards.
Carlson is an active member of the National Association of Tower Erectors, Woman in Wireless Leadership Forum, the international wireless association CTIA, Colorado State Wireless Association (COWA), the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA), and several other organizations and associations.
Eric S. Anderson - Vice President and Director of Safety – Midwest Division
Eric Anderson has served as Tower Systems’ Director of Safety & Health since 1992 coordinating with local, state, and regional safety groups to promote a safe work environment. As Director of Safety & Health, Anderson is responsible for supervising crews, safety training, developing safety programs, and ensuring compliance with onsite audits.
Active in several organizations and associations, Anderson’s education and training includes multiple OSHA courses, first aid and CPR certifications, Alcatel-Lucent Elite Climber status, PPC training, RF awareness, including other certifications and licenses.
Lesley N. Liarikos - Vice President of the Southeast Division
Lesley Liarikos joined the Tower Systems South, Inc. team in 2006 as a Marketing/Operations Assistant. In 2016 as the General Manager of Tower Systems South, Inc. she was responsible for coordinating the operations of day to day business. In 2019 she was promoted to Vice-President of the Tower Systems South, Inc. Her additional responsibilities include Planning Administration, Human Resources Management, Project Management, Financial Management, Quality Control and Administrative Management.
In addition to her qualifications as the Vice-President for Tower Systems South, Inc., she was the Office Manager for a fast-paced Architectural firm in New York City for 20 years. During her employment in New York City, she gained experience which is directly linked to her proficiency and ability as a Vice-President.
Mrs. Liarikos has strong leadership skills and good judgment. In addition, she is committed in overseeing and ensuring the business is operating efficiently and also maintaining the longevity and profitability of the business. Her communication skills, coaching and teamwork allow her to develop solid employee and customer relations.
